Delivery & Returns
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS AUSTRALIA-WIDE. We currently do not ship to other countries.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours
We can only deliver to your home or work address (sorry but we can NOT deliver to PO Boxes), a signature is required as ‘proof of delivery’
Check your order is in good condition before you sign for the delivery, if damaged, advise courier to return to sender
All packages will have a tracking number assigned which will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched
Shipping times vary so check product pages for shipping of each product;
- national designer brands ship within 2 - 7 days
- international designer brands ship within 11 - 19 days
If your order contains multiple products from our premium suppliers then individual products may be delivered on different days
NB: International items you buy over the internet may occur duties. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs fees, please check www.border.gov.au/Trav/Impo/Buyi

- If your order does not arrive, you will get a full refund
- If an item is deleted by the manufacturer without notice, you will also receive a full refund
- Refunds are not available for a change of mind, or wrong selection, or providing the wrong shipping address, please check all details are correct when placing your order
- Check your order as soon as it has been delivered to you
- All bags are checked carefully at the time of dispatch, but if your item is significantly different from the product description, or has a manufacturing fault, or has been damaged in transit, you can return it for a replacement item
- Items must be returned; unused, and in their original packaging
To address the issue please contact us via our RETURNS CENTRE immediately after receiving the delivery, we will notify the supplier of the problem and contact you with further instructions.
We will resolve any issues as quick as possible.
